Position Description: The Glenture Group’s Corporate Performance Management Practices (SAP BPC and Microsoft PerformancePoint Server) are experiencing growth and are looking for seasoned professionals to help them grow. 

The position requires a broad business perspective and a willingness to step into multiple roles.  The role is primarily focused on developing business intelligence solutions leveraging the Microsoft technology platform (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), which are the basis for both SAP Business Planning & Consolidations (SAP BPC) and Microsoft PerformancePoint Server.  These positions may entail being involved in pursuits at prospects and existing clients, as well as working with Microsoft to enhance our partnership visibility and to uncover opportunities at prospects.   

The position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of an engagement.  The qualified candidate(s) would have significant experience architecting, developing and/or managing the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions. 

Required

·          5+ years of experience developing and architecting Business Intelligence solutions (Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, Microsoft OLAP or other enterprise-level tools)

·          Expertise in the Microsoft BI solution offerings including SQL Server 2000/2005 (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS), SharePoint Portal, Excel, Business Scorecard Manager, PerformancePoint Server 2007 (or ProClarity), etc.  

·          Demonstrated understanding of multidimensional database design and architecture

·          Demonstrated business process modeling and requirements definition

·          Demonstrated track record in leading the sales and delivery of BI consulting projects

·         Strong understanding of business functions addressed by BI solutions, including: Financial Management/Reporting; Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing and ability to articulate the business value of BI

·          Significant advisory and implementation experience in the areas of data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting, and scorecards or dashboards

·          Strong understanding of methodologies used to implement BI solutions

·          Experience in evangelizing and educating internal personnel on BI solutions and how our capabilities can be leveraged to win business
