Eastern Region SAP BPC Solution Architect / Practice Director

The Glenture Group's "SAP Business User - Enterprise Performance Management Practice" is currently in need of someone to join us in a very senior role. We are looking for an experienced EPM delivery manager / consulting director. Our preferred background is Outlooksoft/SAP BPC Implementation experience, but we are open to those with Hyperion, Cognos, or Clarity experience as well.
The individual whom we are looking to hire will be a key person to help continue to grow a territory. Glenture has recently been recognized by "Inc." Presently, we are doing significant business across the nation and are looking to develop regional offices on both the West Coast and East Coast immediately.
The person to be hired will ultimately have solution delivery responsibility within their own territory. They will work alongside our company founder and the current EPM Practice Director to deliver high-level design and architecture consulting, and throughout the implementations this person will have engagement management responsibility. Initially, the person will have onsite development responsibility as well as their regional practice matures. In addition, they will manage client relationships with key accounts in their territory. Ultimately, this person will be responsible for building their own world-class consulting team within their assigned region.
On our projects, this position will work directly with CFO's and Senior Finance Executives at our clients to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Corporate Performance Management Software. The position requires an in-depth understanding of corporate accounting principles (especially Legal Consolidations and Budget / Planning / Forecasting), the SAP BPC software product, and will have the ability to communicate with a client at all levels.
This is a consulting management position within The Glenture Group. Compensation will be a combination of salary and incentive compensation. Required Experience
~ 10+ years in corporate Finance or Accounting
~ Experience working with Financial Systems
~ 5+ years of EPM solution implementation experience, preferably SAP BPC/Outlooksoft
~ Expert level Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired Experience
~ MBA and/or CPA
~ Experience with other Business Intelligence or Corporate Performance Management software, such as Hyperion Planning, Hyperion HFM, Cognos, Khalix, ProClarity, MS Performance Point, or Business Objects
~ Previous Management Consulting experience
~ Experience working on an SAP BPC Ramp-Up engagement (BPC 7.0)
~ Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft's Analysis Services/Integration Services (SSAS/SSIS), MDX, or building dimensions and cubes
