Dmitry Faybysh – Managing Partner

Dmitry Faybysh is Glenture’s President and Founder. Dmitry is directly responsible for the company’s SAP Business Intelligence | Performance Management practice. Before founding Glenture, Faybysh was at Kraft Foods, where he led large-scale financial systems implementation projects (including Nabisco integration). Previous to Kraft, Faybysh was a Business Intelligence consultant for the worldwide consulting firm, Accenture. Faybysh earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Andre A. Fomin – Managing Partner

Andre Fomin is responsible for Glenture’s solution delivery strategy. An accomplished Enterprise Architect, Andre also heads up the company’s IT Services Group and manages the Microsoft Business Intelligence | Performance Management Practice. Fomin earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Computer Engineering from Belarus State University at Minsk and a Computer Science degree from DePaul University.

Jim Archuleta – Managing Partner

Jim Archuleta heads up Glenture’s corporate Human Resources and Operations. Jim also oversees the Glenture’s services side specific to staffing and offshore services. Before joining Glenture, Archuleta spent over ten years in technology consulting and staffing. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.

Joshua Chung - Partner

Joshua Chung oversees Glenture's custom application solutions teams in both United States and in India. Chung utilizes his experience and skill as an enterprise architect to see beyond the immediate goal and achieve the strategic initiatives set out by the customers. Previous to joining Glenture, Chung worked as Senior Consultant for Icon Info Systems, Inc. and Ernst & Young, LLP.. Chung earned Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
